Everyone has a Health Story
Everyone has a Health Story
…and we are tuned into the individual habits of our own bodies. Some people have niggling symptoms, whilst others may be suffering with long-term ill health.
What do your symptoms tell us about your underlying health?
Nutritional Therapy offers you the time that you require to talk through all aspects of your health and to learn how different symptoms are interconnected. It is not uncommon for people to feel puzzled or even overwhelmed by health imbalances and Nutritional Therapy provides a personalised framework to finding a workable route towards improved health.
I work as a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner supporting clients who are experiencing a wide range of health issues to achieve improved health and well-being.
I work with my clients to identify the factors promoting their health issues to understand which of their body systems are out of balance. A personalised nutrition programme is then developed aimed at optimising their health and wellbeing.

My Story
Having gained a PhD in the field of Molecular Genetics from the University of Nottingham, I subsequently worked in genetic analysis software development and telecommunications for nine years working in project management, training and development and person-centred coaching. I took a career break in 2003 to look after our three small children.
I redirected my career into Nutritional Therapy having witnessed the power of this therapy in supporting our daughter to regain her health following a period of poor digestive health and unexplained fatigue aged 11.
Nutritional Therapy has been transformational for our family as we all have a history of respiratory, skin and digestive imbalances. When our children were young, we were regular visitors at the health clinic. Ten years on they are now active, healthy and happy adults/teenagers.
